Every morning since Nov 2015, I wake up and come to work energized because I believe we are changing people’s lives in this hectic world. I feel satisfied when I meet someone outside of work and they talk about Jumia, and how they were able to purchase a birthday present for their child without having to compromise on quality and convenience. I know that the small changes and improvements I make in my role at Jumia will have a butterfly effect on someone else. This is my catalyst for coming to work every day full of energy.
