My early memories of Jumia Market consists of late nights in a parlor converted into an office which we shared with Jumia Food and the then upcoming Jumia House. We were a vast majority of interns working on making the e-Commerce dream a reality. We were willing to do anything to keep working even if it meant using our car battery to start the generator at 11 PM.
As the business grew, our careers grew. We were given more responsibility and greater exposure. At the time we joined the Jumia family, most of us were not sure of what we wanted to do with our career but now we are experts in our fields. Thank you Jumia for making us part of those that made this dream a reality. I am proud to be part of the Jumia story and history
