I have been shopping on Jumia for well over 2 years and it has been an enjoyable experience till date. I work 9-5 every day with no opportunity to go to the market at all. Jumia is definitely that one shopping destination because anything and everything I need is on the platform. I love the discounts, I love the fact that I can get my order delivered to me in a day and most importantly I love their top-notch customer service and how quickly they resolve issues. The convenience that comes with shopping on Jumia is just amazing!
