My name is Onyedika Okoli and I am a frequent Jumia Shopper. My best experience with Jumia was during the most recent Mobile Week Campaign. The sales were advertised to feature mobile phones at the best prices and coincidentally I needed to buy a Moto G4 Play so I could not wait for the sales to begin. Some weeks after, I logged on to the website and I found the phone at a whopping sum of N38,000 even after the discounted offer of N33,800 was out of stock. I was excited and I bought it immediately.
I went to get a phone case from Computer Village Ikeja. I saw the same phone being sold for N56,000 and I had to inform the shop owners of the price I acquired the phone for. I got an unbelievable reaction and a lot of skepticism channeled towards the speculation of the authenticity of the product.
I had no reason to doubt the authenticity of the device and this has been proven by the durability of the device I am currently using. Thank You Jumia for the awesome service.
