What better way to say “Thank you Jumia”. I started
off as an Online Sales Agent in April of 2014. While working with Jumia, I learned various customer relationship techniques from real life scenarios such as how to make quick and precise decisions on the spot to keep customers smiling and also make some money.
These experiences were part of the capital I had to start up my own business. I am very grateful for the training I received while at Jumia as they have contributed to my success today!
