Signing up as a vendor on Jumia has been one of the most fruitful business decisions we’ve made at Naija Pride. Considering the instability associated with the Nigerian economy, there were uncertainties about the success of our locally-made Agro products. Jumia came to the rescue with the introduction of Jumia Family Market; a special campaign that focuses on the sales of groceries every first Friday of the Month. This campaign helped in the rapid increase in the sales of our products and with the 0% commission on Nigerian Agro products, we were also able to achieve our dreams. When the Jumia Family Market Campaign launched in February, we sold over ₦200,000 worth of products ranging from Vegetable Oil, White Garri, Beans and Palm Oil.
