Everyone at Jumia always jokes that I am the only vendor that knows exactly who to direct my emails to at Jumia even though I have never been an employee of the company.
This is true as I know exactly who to email about anything ranging from my Seller Score to my payments. The reason I am able to do this is because since 2014 when I started selling on Jumia everyone there has treated me like family. In fact, they are family to me. To appreciate one of my fondest Jumia family member, I went to the Jumia office in February 2017 with a cake to surprise my account manager on her birthday. I also used it as an opportunity to thank her for making me one of the millionaire vendors on Jumia. Indeed, my gratitude is to everyone!
