I placed an order on Jumia in April 2017 to the Oshodi pickup station but the pickup station had closed for the day when I got there.

I had a flight to catch the next morning and I didn’t want my order to get canceled so I dropped a note on the door with the hope that someone would see it early enough the following morning and call me before my flight departed.

To my surprise, that same night I got a call from one of the Delivery Associates who had seen my note after returning from his delivery run for the day. He introduced himself and I explained my dilemma to him. He told me he will ensure I got my package before my flight the next day and he actually delivered as promised!

I know Jumia does not have ratings for their Delivery Associates but I would like to give the Delivery Associate a 5-star rating. I want to appreciate and commend him. His resourcefulness and flexibility helped prevent my order from getting canceled. Really, Jumia Rocks!
